Here is what you can expect at your next appointment:
- Pre appointment: You will receive a COVID-19 pre-screening questionnaire prior to coming in for your appointment. We ask you to please come alone to your appointment and wear your mask until you are seated in the dental chair.
- Arrival: Please call us when you arrive for your scheduled appointment. We will come to the building lobby to escort you into the office. We will take your temperature and complete your COVID-19 screening questions. Prior to seating you in the dental chair we will ask you to wash your hands and complete a pre-procedural rinse before getting started.
- Personal protective equipment: Our staff will follow the American Dental Association’s® recommended guidelines AND wear all required PPE (including N95 masks, gowns, hair bonnets, shoe booties and face shields) to ensure their safety as well as yours. Our administrative team will also be wearing face masks.
- Extra protection: Lodo Dental has implemented a new air filtration system in the office and we are utilizing high suction equipment on every patient to reduce aerosols by 90%. We are closing our rooms to keep procedural aerosols contained and are taking extra time to disinfect all non-essential areas of the office multiple times a day.
